1:1 Soul & Nervous System Coaching
A restorative space for women ready to release what no longer serves, re-center in peace, and rise in divine confidence.
Each session is a 75-minute guided experience that blends neuroscience, somatic work, and faith-based insight.
We begin with grounding and prayer to calm the nervous system, then move into deep emotional processing and mindset realignment.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more regulated, and reconnected to who you truly are.Session Length: 75 minutes

Arise & Shine is a 90-day trauma-informed coaching experience designed for women who are ready to commit to the deep inner work, break free from the weight of their past, and step into the radiant fullness of who they truly are. Blending neuroscience, somatic work, inner healing, prayer, and purpose-centered coaching, this journey will nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
Over 3 transformative months, we will walk through three intentional phases:
1. Rooted & Restored – Cultivate inner safety, reconnect to your body, and gently tend to the wounds that still whisper.
2. Renewed & Empowered – Rewire limiting beliefs, reclaim your identity, and learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system and embody confidence.
3. Radiant & Purposeful – Awaken your voice, align with your God-given calling, and rise boldly into the life that’s been waiting for you.
